Our Difference
As your construction partners, we personally strive for honesty and clarity. Our first job is to understand the client’s vision and needs, not to present our own. We value timeliness, direct communication and prototypes over presentations, as well as the occasional face-to-face meeting over a drink or a meal.
Over the years, we have been fortunate to collaborate with some excellent clients on some wonderful projects, but we believe it is still too early to weigh in on the success of the work. A building exists in time and its usefulness is directly related to how well it continues to perform.

Stewart Dunn founded Reynolds after building a long-standing career in construction across the Costa Blanca. Having lived and worked in Spain for more than twenty years, he brings a practical, grounded understanding of local building methods, materials, and project delivery.
His focus is simple: clarity, craftsmanship, and consistency. Stewart believes that the best projects come from listening carefully to clients, managing expectations transparently, and maintaining high standards on site every single day. He is personally involved in each stage of the work, ensuring that every detail is executed with precision and purpose.
With his British roots and Mediterranean experience, Stewart combines reliability with an appreciation for the character of Spanish architecture. His commitment to honest communication and long-term client relationships forms the core of Reynolds’ approach.
